Tessellis Group has always been committed to promoting and ensuring gender equality in every aspect of its business, in line with the principles defined by UNI/PdR 125:2022.

During 2024, the Group, through its Operating Company Tiscali Italia S.p.A., obtained certification in accordance with the UNI 125:2022 Reference Practice (Guidelines on the Management System for Gender Equality, which provides for the adoption of specific KPIs inherent to the Gender Equality Policies of organizations).

We implement procedures that facilitate and support the attendance and professional development even of employees with preschool-age sons and daughters.

We ensure that services are in place to facilitate the reconciliation of personal and work life, with special attention to the return after maternity or paternity leave:

  • Paternity leave beyond CCNL, procedures/activities back-to-work, coaching, reversible part-time, smart working, ad hoc welfare plan, corporate daycare, engagement programs, on a voluntary basis, during maternity leave
