Antonio Zecca holds a degree in Economics and Business Law from Bocconi University and is a Chartered Accountant and Auditor.
He started his working career in a big four in the audit sector and then continued it for about 10 years in the Transaction and Reorganisation Services department of the same in the Milan and London offices.
Since 2012 he has been a partner in Studio Spada Partners. His professional activity is focused on M&A, transaction support (financial due diligence) mainly supporting Private Equity funds, company valuation and restructuring activities as advisor, certifier, extraordinary commissioner and CRO.
He is a member of the Board of Directors and the Board of Statutory Auditors of leading industrial and financial companies as well as liquidator of a number of corporations.
