Massimo Favini graduated from the University of Sassari in 1999, then joined Procter&Gamble in the beginning of 2000. He stayed for about a year, within the commercial function of Procter, managing some Commercial Distribution clients in the territory of Northern Italy.
In Procter he met Davide Rota and, after that experience, participated with him in the creation of Linkem. Throughout the years he has worked in all the departments of the company: from sales to logistics, from customer care to Trade marketing.
He has followed special projects and directly managed some group companies, continuing to do so to this day.
